Force Five’s LD500 Leak Detection System provides a simple and fast way to monitor fluid and liquid leaks for your process control application. This small, stand-alone Leak Detection Controller will continuously monitor sixteen channels for Liquid Leakage. Leak Sensors plug into a modular 2 pin connector. Two OLED displays continuously update and show each sensor's leakage reading. Serial RS232 communications channels provide remote updates and data logging to a host computer.
A software GUI allows for complete monitoring of the LD500 Leak Detection system from a remote computer. The GUI displays Leak channel status and readings that are continuously updated. Threshold settings that determine the wet, or leak reading, are programmable for each channel. Data from the Leak Detector can also be continuously read and saved to a Data Log File. The system can also operate stand-alone using the Integrated OLED Displays that continuously show updated sensor channel status.
